Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
- 2 tbsp = 2 tsp cornstartch
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp grated lemon peel
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bunch green onions - 1 inch pieces

Step 1
cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Stir into mixture of 2 tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Let stand 30 minutes. Combine remaing cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, lemon peel, and lemon juice and 1/4 cup water. Heat oil in hot wok over high heat. Add chicken and green onions. Stir-fry 3 minutes. Remove. Reduce heat to medium high. Pour soy sauce mixture into wok. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add chicken and green onions. Stir to coat all pieces. Serve.
