Ingredients
- Sauce mix:
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon corstarch
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cheese for topping
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat in a large skillet; drain
2. Add milk, water and noodles
3. Add spices
4. Bring water to a boil and simmer covered over low
heat for 12 minutes; stir occasionally until noodles
are tender
5. Add 1 cup cheese the last few minutes of cooking,
cover until cheese melts
6. Turn heat off; uncover; add cheese and let stand for
5 minutes
It will thicken as it stands
