Banana Streusel Muffins

Ingredients

• First bowl:
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 t baking powder
• 1/2 t salt
• Second bowl:
• 3 mashed bananas
• 3/4 c sugar
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1/3 c melted butter
• Streusel:
• 1/3 c brown sugar
• 2 T flour
• 1/8 t ground cinnamon
• 1 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first bowl ingredients together.

Beat second bowl ingredients together.

Mix bowl together and pour into 10 greased muffin cups.

For streusel:
Mix ingredients together and cut in butter until course.

Sprinkle streusel over muffins and bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
