Shrimp with Rum Glaze

For approximately 20 jumbo shrimp



1. Combine rum, sugar, butter, mustard, vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, simmer until thick and syrupy. Add salt and pepper. 2. Brush grill with oil. Put shrimp on skewers. 3. Baste shrimp with sauce about 20 min. 4. Place skewers on grill approximately 2 to 4 min., turning once.
