Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 package dry ramen noodles (throw away the seasoning packet)
  • 4 T butter
  • 1 head romaine lettuce (more if using romaine hearts)
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 bunch broccoli, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 T soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Break the noodles into bite size pieces, melt the butter in a fry pan, then add the noodles and chopped walnuts. Brown lightly. Put on a napkin lined plate to drain.
Chop and toss together veggies and chicken.
Mix dressing ingredients and toss together just before serving.
