Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1 package dry ramen noodles (throw away the seasoning packet)
- 4 T butter
- 1 head romaine lettuce (more if using romaine hearts)
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1 bunch broccoli, coarsely chopped
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 T soy sauce

Step 1
Break the noodles into bite size pieces, melt the butter in a fry pan, then add the noodles and chopped walnuts. Brown lightly. Put on a napkin lined plate to drain.
Chop and toss together veggies and chicken.
Mix dressing ingredients and toss together just before serving.
