Lasagna

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 8oz box no boil lasagna noodles
  • 24 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Soak lasagna noodles in warm water for a few minutes.

2. Brown ground beef on medium heat in large skillet. Drain fat.

3. Distribute evenly a small amount of ground beef over the bottom of the skillet.

4. Break lasagna noodles in half and layer over ground beef mixture.

5. Top with ricotta cheese, spaghetti sauce and mozzarella.

6. Continue layering until ingredients are gone or the skillet is filled.

7. Cook covered on low for 20 minutes.

8. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
