Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) New York Strip Steaks (1 inch thick)
- Sea Salt or Kosher Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place steaks on the preheated HOT (450F ? 650F degree) grill for approximately 3 minutes per side to make sear marks - using tongs to turn.
Remove steaks from grill and allow to rest for at least 2 minutes on a warm plate or platter(they will continue to cook from internal heat and raise to approximately 140F degrees internal temperature for Medium Rare).
