Chicken Supreme

Took this recipe off the back of a bag of Schwan's diced chicken meat.

Ingredients
- 6 oz box long grain and wild rice
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 16-oz package frozen broccoli, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice as directed on package
While rice is cooking, saute mushroons, onion and celery in butter until tender, 5-7 minutes.
When rice is done, stir in soup, chicken, broccoli and pepper.
Add sauteed vegetables and pour into greased casserold dish
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
