Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup thinly slcied carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 9-oz. frozen green beans

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix beef, onion, salt and pepper thoroughly

2. Shape firmly into 4 oval patties

4. In a skillet, brown patties; pour offf fat

5. Stir in remaining ingredients

6. Cover, cook on low heat for 20 minutes; stir
occasionally
