Caramel Peanut Clusters

Ingredients

• 24 vanilla caramels
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup lightly salted peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt in caramels in a double boiler over hot water a
(or in the microwave)

2. Stir in peanuts

3. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto a greased baking
sheet

4. Drizzle each cluster with about 1/2 teaspoon melted
chocolate chips

5. Chill until set, 5-10 minutes.
