Another rhubarb cake for when you have a little more time to put it together

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 3 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup sour cream
- Topping:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease a 9x13 baking dish
3. Ina large bowl mix eggs and sour cream; blend well
4. Stir in sugar, baking soda, salt and flour
5. Stir in rhubarb
6. Pour into prepared pan
Topping:
1. Combine sugar and butter till smooth
2. Sprinkle on cake
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4.Bake for 45 minutes or until cake tests done
