Applebees Mudslide

Love these! It was my staple drink at our "attitude adjustment" meetings at Applebee's Friday after work.

Ingredients

• 2 c. vanilla ice cream
• 2 oz. Kahlua
• Hershey’s chocolate syrup in squeeze bottle
• Canned whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Put ice cream and Kahlua in blender; mix until smooth.

Swirl chocolate syrup around the inside of glass, twirling the glass as you squeeze the chocolate.

Continue to the top of the glass so chocolate makes a spiral on the inside of the glass.

Pour ice cream into the glass, add whipped cream and drizzle with more chocolate syrup.
