Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cook spaghetti & drain. In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, shredded mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and spaghetti. Turn in a well-buttered 9 inch pie plate.

Bake, uncovered, until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean -- between 40-50 minutes.
