Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 12oz can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 - 2/3 cup hot chipotle salsa
  • 2 cups cut up rotisserie chicken
  • 1 8oz package cubed velveeta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni in 2 cups water…drain. Add evaporated milk and chipotle salsa and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes – stir frequently. (there will be liquid in mixture)

Stir in chicken and heat until chicken heats thoroughly. Fold in cheese, still constantly and cook for one minute – serve
