SMOOTH & CREAMY FRUIT SALAD
This is a super easy variation on the traditional fruit salad. It works for breakfast, dessert, or anything in between.

Ingredients
- 1 can of Fruit Cocktail - drained & liquid reserved
- 2 Bananas - sliced
- 1 Apple - peeled, cored, & diced
- 1 Orange - peeled & each segment cut into thirds
- 2 T Instant Vanilla Pudding (powder)
- 8 oz. Vanilla Yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients. Chill for about an hour before serving.
NOTE: If the mixture is too thin add more pudding powder. The mixture will thicken overnight, if it gets too thick add some of the reserved fruit cocktail liquid.
SUGGESTIONS: Mix in about 8 oz. of Cool Whip.
Add 1/4 - 1/2 of a bag of marshmallows.
