Ingredients

  • Caramel:
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 3/4 C Water
  • Flan:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbs vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Caramel:
Preheat oven to 350oF
Ina saucepan, mix the sugar and the water. Heat at medium high moving constantly until the sugar melts and becomes golden color. Pour the caramel in the container where you will bake the flan. Spread caramel in bottom of container.

Flan:
Beat the eggs. Add rest of the ingredients and mix. Pour in the container with caramel. Bake for 50 minutes. Wait until cold to remove from container
