Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 1 - 24 oz. bottle ketchup
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large slab of pork baby back ribs, cut into 2 pieces.

Step 1

Mix all sauce ingredients well, boil, and then simmer for an hour or so until sauce thickens. Boil ribs for 1 1/2 hours, with celery and onion. Bake ribs and small amount of sauce for 2 hours at 325° F. Be sure to cover
with foil if they start to burn.

Serve with sauce.
