Cranberry sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- juice and zest from 1 orange
- 3 tblsp port wine
- 1/3 plus 1 tblsp cup sugar ( more if needed)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tblsp corn starch

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first five ingredients in saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook until most of the cranberries burst stirring occasionally. Mix cornstarch with 1 tblsp water and whisk into cranberry mixture. Whish until sauce thickens and chill to serve
