Desserts - Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 large can of crushed pineapple
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 (12 oz) container of CoolWhip
  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 1 small package of pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1 cup sugar and graham cracker crumbs with melted margarine. Pat into 9x12 baking dish and bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix remaining sugar and cream cheese; beat until fluffy. Stir in pecans and spread on the graham cracker crust. Slice bananas and spread over cream cheese mixture. Drain pineapple and spread over bananas. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle a little graham cracker crumbs over top for appearance. Can also sprinkle pecans over top for taste.
