Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small package of Velveta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 box of frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 1 cup of long grain rice. Cool.

Heat 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and one small package of Velveta Cheese till cheese melts. Mix together ½ cup each chopped onion and celery, 1 box of frozen chopped broccoli, ½ cup water, ½ stick margarine, salt and pepper. Add soup/cheese mixture. Pour into buttered dish. Top with favorite crumb topping. Bake approximately 25-30 minutes on 350 degrees.
