Ingredients
- 5 lbs ground beef
- 5 cups chopped onions or 3 jars of dehydrated onions
- 5 ozs chili powder (or to taste)
- tomato juice (giant size) (more if desired)
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- Garlic (chopped button or salt)
- Worchestershire Sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation
Step 1
Cook onions in small amount of oil until transparent; add ground beef and cook until all red is gone. Add other ingredients and simmer until done.
