Chili - Bibb City Woman's Club Chili Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs ground beef
  • 5 cups chopped onions or 3 jars of dehydrated onions
  • 5 ozs chili powder (or to taste)
  • tomato juice (giant size) (more if desired)
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • Garlic (chopped button or salt)
  • Worchestershire Sauce to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Water as needed

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onions in small amount of oil until transparent; add ground beef and cook until all red is gone. Add other ingredients and simmer until done.
