Sauces - Ham Glaze - Paige Sutcliff

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 8 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix brown sugar, corn starch and salt in 1 qt sauce pan. Stir in pineapple, lemon juice, mustard and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thickened. Boil and stir one minute. Brush on ham.
