USA31 BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

• 5 c chopped cabbage
• 1/2 c vinegar
• 1 T chili powder
• 1 T salt
• 1 1/3 c sugar
• 1/2 c mustard
• 1 C ketchup
• 1 c sweet relish
• oregano to taste
• pinch of pickeling spices

Preparation

Step 1

Cook everything but oregano and pickeling spices over med heat and simmer a few mins. Shake in oregano and a pinch of pickeling spiices.
