Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows (8 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips (9 ounces)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix milk and sugar. Bring slowly to boil. Boil 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching, over medium heat. Remove from burner and add other ingredients. Pour into greased 7x11 or 8x8 pan. Refrigerate until firm.

Butterscotch
Mint
Chocolate Mint (mix mint & choc. chips, or make separate layers)
Peanut Butter
Chocolate Peanut Butter (PB chips & Choc. chips)

Double Batch 9x13 pan:
12 ounce evaporated milk
3 1/3 cup sugar
4 cups (16 oz) marshmallows
3 cups (18 oz) Chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts, optional
