Ingredients
- 6 ounce evaporated milk
- 1 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows (8 ounces)
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips (9 ounces)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Mix milk and sugar. Bring slowly to boil. Boil 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching, over medium heat. Remove from burner and add other ingredients. Pour into greased 7x11 or 8x8 pan. Refrigerate until firm.
Variations(other flavors of chips):
Butterscotch
Mint
Chocolate Mint (mix mint & choc. chips, or make separate layers)
Peanut Butter
Chocolate Peanut Butter (PB chips & Choc. chips)
Double Batch 9x13 pan:
12 ounce evaporated milk
3 1/3 cup sugar
4 cups (16 oz) marshmallows
3 cups (18 oz) Chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts, optional
