Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 cups herbed seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme

Step 1

Cook spinach by package directions. Drain well and squeeze to remove excess moisture. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into 3/4 inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 325 degrees 15-20 minutes.
