Ingredients
- 2 bunches asparagus
- 1/2 c Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 lemon juiced
- Extra virgin to drizzle
Preparation
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to boil
Add asparagus and cook for 2-4 min.
Top with lemon,salt and pepper and cheese
