Mini White-Chocolate Cheese Danishes

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) containers cream cheese(not whipped)
  • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar and more for sprinkling
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 bar white chocolate(melted on a double boiler)
  • 1 package mini flaky pastry squares,softened

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the filling ingredients. Place one tbs in the center of the dough square. Fold sides into a danish form.Place in a muffin tin to keep the shape and bake according to package instructions. When cool sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
