Bernaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 T and 1/2 t white vinegar
  • 2 T and 1 1/4 t minced scallops
  • 1 1/4 t tarragon
  • 2 1/2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/4 c and t butter

Preparation

Step 1

In microwave safe dish combine vinegar, shallots and tarragon. Microwave on high until boiling. Allow to cool. Stir in yolks and butter.. Microwave until thickened, about 1 min. Makes 6 servings.
