Ingredients
- 1 cut up chicken
- 3 carrots cut up
- 3 or 4 potatoes, cut up
- Onion slices
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Brown and partially fry the chicken
When about 1/2 done, add the carrots, potatoes and onion slices
Cover with soup and water
Cook on low until chicken juices run clear and vegetables are tender, 30-45 minutes
