Quick Rhubarb Cake

This rhubarb cake is even quicker to make with the use of a store bought cake mix

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 (18.24 oz) Yellow or white cake
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 cup diced rhubarb
- Topping:
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cup cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease and flour a 9x13 baking dish
Cake:
1. Prepare cake mix as directed on package
2. Stir in rhubarb; mix well
3. Pour into prepared dish
Topping:
1. Mix cream and sugar in a small bowl; blend
well
2. Pour on top of prepared cake.
3. Bake for 45 minutes ot until toothpick inserted into
the center of the cake comes out clean
