Meatless Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c chicken broth (1 can)
  • 2 c tomato juice
  • Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • Pasta, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Add broth and juice. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer until reduced to about half. Add Parmesan or Romano to taste. Add cooked pasta, but undercook it about 2 mins. Simmer pasta and sauce about 2 mins and let cool slightly.
