Five Layer Nacho Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1 jar salsa (flavor by preference)
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • Taco seasoning packet

Preparation

Step 1

• Brown, then drain the hamburger. Add the can of refried beans to the browned beef and thoroughly mix.
• Add garlic salt and taco seasoning to the mixture, to taste.
• Place hamburger mixture in a large oval or round casserole dish, pressing the mixture down to form a bottom layer.
• Add the salsa (right on top of the beef), then spread the sour cream on top of the salsa, and then the cheese over the sour cream.
• Place it in your microwave, uncovered, on high for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
