Pork Chops - Pork Chops and Potato Scallop (really good)

  • 4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream; 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 4 c ups thinly sliced potatoes
  • salt and pepper



Step 1

In skillet, brown chops. Blend soup, sour cream, water, and parsley. In 2 qt. Casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, sprinkled with salt and pepper and sauce. Top with chops and cover. Bake at 375 for 1 ¼ hrs. 4 servings.
