Ingredients

  • Round Steak (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • Small chopped onion
  • 1 can of mushrooms (save liquid)
  • 1 small can of tomato sauce
  • Carton of sour cream
  • Cooked rice or noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Cut round steak in cubes and brown. Cook 1 ½ hrs or until tender. Add little water while cooking. Add a small chopped onion. After cooking for 1 hour, add can of mushrooms (save liquid). Combine small can of tomato sauce and carton of sour cream with mushroom liquid. Blend together well and ad to meat and onion. Cook for about 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
