Brunswick Stew - Charlotte Johnson's Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 lbs. Chicken
  • 2 cans Castlebury Bar- B-Que Beef & Pork
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 can cream corn
  • Bar-B-Que sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken and debone. Cut chicken into small pieces. Add all ingredients in pot and cook for 30-45 minutes.


If you are not going to eat all of this stew in a couple of days, you can freeze portions in freezer containers for future use.
