Kielbasa and Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 Lbs. kielbasa, boiled, drained and sliced
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 tsp. mustard
• 1 tsp. Worchester sauce
• 1 tsp. cider vinegar
• salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in margarine for apx. minutes

In medium sauce pan combine brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, Worchester sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Simmer for a minimum of 1/2 hour.
