Scrambled Eggs

A few simple touches can make scrambled eggs super delicious.

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs (organic, free range if possible)
- 1/8 cup soy milk or cow's milk
- Pinch of parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together eggs, milk and parsley. Beat vigorously until smooth and foamy. Heat small frying pan on medium heat until warm. Spray pan with oil and immediately add egg mixture.
Scramble in the pan every 15 seconds or so until done. Serve immediately with salt & pepper to taste.
Serve with bacon, home fries, pancakes, waffles, and/or crepes.
