Ingredients

  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 C. oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
  • ●Mix all ingredients. Pour in a large casserole dish.
