Ingredients
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 4 eggs
- 1 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2/3 C. oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- ●Mix all ingredients. Pour in a large casserole dish.
