Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 Cup Margarine, softened
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 3/4 Cup Pumpkin
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Stir dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk, pumpkin and vanilla. Beat well. Bake in buttered and floured 9 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve plain or ice with any good butter cream or cream cheese icing.
