Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 pack graham crackers
- 4 square Rosemary pareve chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- ICE CREAM
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- remaining bar of chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- whipped topping
Preparation
Step 1
Process ingredients for the crust.Press 1/2 of it into a 9"pan.Reserve remaining half for topping. Bake crust for 10 min. Melt the remaining chocolate with margarine. Blend the eggs and sugar and mix well with the melted chocolate. Pour over crust and freeze. Whip up the whipped topping and pour over frozen chocolate layer. Top with remaining half of crust in a crumbly form. Freeze
