Spanish Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup rice
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can tomato soup

Preparation

Step 1

Grease baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Steam rice. With butter brown beef and onion, season with salt and paprika.
To assemble casserole, 1/3 rice, half of the meat and half of celery and green pepper. Repeat and pour soup on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
