Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas

  • Corn Tortillas
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Enchilada sauce
  • Green Chilis
  • Garlic Salt
  • Oil



Step 1

Heat oil in pan, put tortillas in for a few seconds and flip tortilla. Use tongs to take out, cool on paper towel. Sprinkle with garlic salt, spices, etc. Put cheese in middle and roll up. Put sauce in bottom of pan then put tortillas on top. Then add remaining sauce and green chilies and cheese. Put in 350 for 25 minutes - covered.
