Ingredients

  • 1/4 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 1/2 avocado, chopped
  • handful cilantro (about 1/2 cup), chopped
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • fresh pepper, to taste
  • 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. no-salt, to taste
  • a few dashes chipotle Tabasco sauce, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine fully. Serve with Mexican Rice and Beans (my recipe) or as an appetizer with rice crackers.
