Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew meat
- season with salt and pepper
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chilis
- 1 can rotel
- 2 large potatoes (cut to bite size)
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup pinto beans (rinsed)
- 8 cups water
