Ingredients

  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • season with salt and pepper
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 can green chilis
  • 1 can rotel
  • 2 large potatoes (cut to bite size)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cup pinto beans (rinsed)
  • 8 cups water
