Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 TBL brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 TBLS EVOO
Preparation
Step 1
Skin 2 medium sweet potatoes; cut in half, cut in half again. Cut into 3 spears.
Put potatoes on baking sheet and drizzle with 2 TBLS EVOO, toss the potatoes with the EVOO. Spread evenly on pan
Add to small bowl: 1 TBL light brown sugar, 1/2 tsp kosher salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. mix together and sprinkle over potatoes.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, cook for 20-25 minutes turning them once.
Sprinkle with salt right before serving.
