Marbled Cheesecake Bars

  • 2 c. finely crushed crème filled chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs (about 24 cookies)
  • 3 TBSP butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted



Step 1

Preheat oven to 300º. Line 9 x 13 inch baking pan with heavy foil; set aside. In medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of prepared pan. In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Pour half the batter over the prepared crust. Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter; spoon over vanilla batter. With table knife or metal spatula swirl batter to marble. Bake 45 to 50 minutes until set. Cool. Chill. Store in covered in refrigerator.
