Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped (1 T)
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook garlic in oil until golden. Let cool. Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic and beat until combined. Serve softened.
