Ingredients
- 5 Chicken leg quarters
- 1/2 C Margarine (1 stick)
- 1 tsp Hickory Smoked Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Pepper
- 2 Tbl Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 C. Lime Juice
- 1 Tbl Dill Weed
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Melt margarine in a saucepan over a low flame. Add salt, pepper, garlic pepper, Parmesan cheese, lime juice, and dill weed and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Drain the chicken.
Preheat the gas grill using a medium-low flame. Place chicken on grill. Grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until cooked through, turning frequently.
May be broiled in gas oven if desired.
