Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • thawed shrimp

Step 1

Saute onion, garlic, celery, green pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in tomato sauce and all but shrimp. Simmer 10 minutes and add shrimp. Bring to a boil and heat for 5 minutes over medium heat - covered.
